Had a lovely two-night stay in a One-Bedroom Suite. Room was spacious and clean. The location was a breeze for my travel plans. Good experience overall!

But really, the elevators sounded like they were auditioning for a horror movie—definitely an eek moment! Also, cleaning staff didn’t come every day.

Solo traveller's cautionary tale

The staff were polite, which was a tiny glimmer of hope in an otherwise dim stay. I had a coffee machine in my room that seemed to be well-taken care of, that was a nice touch.

It wasn't inexpensive, but it was still bearable considering the circumstances.

I appreciated the spacious room with a cozy corner chair, perfect for relaxation. The hotel had beautiful décor, and the welcoming atmosphere made it easy to navigate, which was especially comforting for me as a senior.

Faster check-in would enhance the experience.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We loved visiting the Indianapolis Zoo and the Dallara IndyCar Factory, all within a short drive. The staff was super friendly, and the large, clean rooms suited our group well. Plus, there was a great snack area open 24/7.

However, our check-in took a long time because it seemed they were having issues locating some reservations. It was frustrating, especially since we had a schedule to stick to.

The shower was a highlight!

Just spent 3 nights here with the fam. The shower was awesome—great pressure and perfect temperature! The pool was a nice escape too, especially during the dart tournament. Just wish the bathtub drained quicker. Also, a little more attention to cleaning would go a long way. The dinin' options were decent, and the waitstaff were super nice.

We loved the spacious King Room and the fantastic food options on-site, especially the quick bites at the restaurant. Jamie was our server, and she made our meal lovely!

The room we had was quite spacious and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable. The airport shuttle service was efficient and saved us a lot of time.

However, the dining options were quite limited.

Spacious King Room provided plenty of room for relaxation. The in-house restaurant offered solid dining options with good food quality.

AC barely functional, adding discomfort to the stay. Elevators frequently out of service, forcing guests to take stairs from the opposite end of the building. Additionally, the constant toilet refilling made for an annoying distraction.

Room was clean and spacious, with a fridge and microwave that added convenience. Service was friendly and exceptional, especially at the on-site restaurant where Jamie provided outstanding attention. However, the front desk staff could be more considerate, as issues arose concerning the shuttle service and noise complaints persisted despite multiple calls.
